no debug screen/POV change

When I went to use the debug screen with F3 and then the POV changer with F5 they did not show up ( i was pressing one at a time)

I know for a fact there should be both that pop up when the respected buttons are pressed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create New World on survival
2. press F3 or F5
