Flaming Arrows Don't Stick in Enderman

Successfully fire a bow with the fire aspect enchantment into an enderman (it can be a little hard). Even though the enderman will light on fire, the arrow won't stick in the mob. [TO HELP REPRODUCE: Turn smooth lighting and 3D anaglyph off.
