Minecraft.exe from my desktop won't run and develpment console shows error

this usedWhen launching minecraft.exe, the development console shows an error and minecraft will not run. <redacted>

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch minecraft.exe from desktop
2. minecraft 1.3.7 window shows an upgrade needs to be done
3. Lower right says "Ready to update & play minecraft 1.7.4". When to work, it read, "Ready to play minecraft ..."
4. Click Play
5. Development console shows an error and nothing else happens. I uninstalled java 7.0 and went back to 6.0. I also updated my Intel graphics driver, all based on your website and results are the same. I've attached the file found in:
C:\Users\Lreslie Alvarodo\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
