Dispenser bug

Accidentaly I discovered a bug:
I made a clock 1 block away from dispenser and I putted a lever to enable the pulse(like in photo) and the dispenser works....I made this bug report because it is not logical and it must be fixed.As you can see i place some block in the dispenser to show the bug.
