Whenever entering the Nether from the Overworld my game crashes.

Stand in overworld and then teleport to another player within the nether. Crashes almost 100% of the time. I have tried a reinstall of Java and multiple restarts of my computer. Here is a link to the crash log http://paste.ubuntu.com/1420134/
