I just got Java but when ever i try to get on it crashes..

Ok so i just got Java and i was really happy, right? So i was so exited and got in but when i tried it didn't work.. Comment down below if u hav any ides or if u had this issue before. And if ur idea works to solve this issue plz tell me and tht would be very greatful.
