Broken nether loading in 12w49a

The chunks in the nether were not loaded properly. This was done on a server. I loaded the world on the newest snapshot and everything was messed up, but when I restarted the server on 1.4.5, the blocks were normal. I also tried destroying some of the blocks, but they didn't drop anything.
