Incorrect Creative Instant Health Damage value

The creative inventory from 1.5.x to 1.7.4 gives the incorrect damage value for the Potion of Healing. The ID given indicates that the potion is an extended instant health potion. However, the potion brewed gives the correct value. This problem probably hasn't come up in the past because the Minecraft Client accepted that it was a instant health potion. This little bug breaks anything relying on the potion damage values, Like getting the potion type. Assuming that the Minecraft wiki is correct the correct damage value for the Potion of Healing is 8197. The creative menu however, is indicating that the damage value is 8261. Note the version numbers in the attached files. The One labled "Correctly Brewed.jpg" is the potion created in the brewing stand.
