Game Crash after exiting chest screen

What I expected to happen was...:
to get out of my chest with blocks needed to build

What actually happened was...:
Grabbed blocks, tried to exit the GUI, game crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Renamed 9 command blocks
2. Grabbed one from chest
3. Pressed esc to get out of GUI
