Snapshots does'nt work on windows 8.They are no .jar files

I download the 1.5 snapshot and its no .jar file. I put it in AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin and i deleted "minecraft,jar ". I placed the screenshot here. I click on Minecraft and hes updating, But hes never done .Help me pleace!
