URL links in chat not working

The URL links arnt working in chat (they show but when you click them nothing happens) after the 1.7 update.

What I expected to happen was...:
the in game window pop up giving you the option to open it in browser or copy to clipboard or cancel, this doesn't show.

What actually happened was...:
nothing, it is like clicking normal text in game.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. press 't' on your keyboard
2. type a URL link
3. press enter
4. try to click the link
