Placing fireworks on a side of a block summons it inside that block and makes it stuck under blocks above

The bug

When you use fireworks item on a side of a block, fireworks_rocket is summoned with its collision box partly inside that block, which makes it stuck under the block right above it and explode/disappear there.

Expected behavior

fireworks_rocket should be summoned right next to the block, fully outside of it
