Random frequent crashes on Ubuntu 13.10

About every 3-5 minutes ingame, my game just closes and the launcher immediately shows (I have set it to go away and come back after the game closes). Sometimes when I crash, the launcher takes a long time to reappear, but with this it is instant. This bug is very annoying as I waste a lot of time by rebuilding everything that was done since the last autosave.
