EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION JRE - ig4dev64.dll+0x55ec

fails during launch. Removed all instances of Java Runtime and reinstalled just JRE 7. This is running under my child's account, which has Child Safety features turned on, so I checked the Windows Event logs, and there is nothing out of order there. I also ran all of the Windows Updates. Prior versions worked fine.
