Launcher loading versions, not a duplicate of MCL-1268

Launcher is stuck on Loading versions. I checked this bug MCL-1268 that a mod likes to close issues saying this is a duplicate of. sending people here http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/reinstalling-minecraft/ to reinstall minecraft.

Console is unavailable, launcher is frozen. Happenned so many time I registered here, at my age thats allot of times.

its not working and when the launcher tries to download files i get these files and nothing else

launcher.jar
versions folder (empty)
