Old Maps Will Freeze Up After a Few Minutes of Gameplay=Loss of Navigation

If you take an old map and use it to navigate, it will eventually freeze up with your little marker stuck in one spot, usually until the game is restarted,rendering it completely useless until it freezes up just minutes later. This mostly happens on my 3-person LAN world during multiplayer. Others in the world will be able to use their maps successfully, but the host of the world is hopeless of navigating. When you hand your frozen map to one of the other players in the world, the map will perform perfectly for them. As soon as the host repossess the map, it remains frozen as before.
