Getting out of boats has a high chance of breaking it

Since the update to boats and minecarts made it so that when the player gets out, they aren't sent as far. This has led to boats being broken much more often than they should, and for no good reason.

When a player gets out of a boat, most of the time, they hit the boat. This causes the boat to either launch far away in the water, or to hit the block it is touching and break.
