skeleton wearing armor have a glitch.

What I expected to happen was...:
skeleton with armor should have the armor sleeves and skeleton arms in the same place

What actually happened was...:
skeleton wearing armor arms are up when armor sleeves are down

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a resource pack with long sleeves on there armor
2. give, spawn or find a skeleton with armor
3. examine there arms
