New Minecraft soundtracks do not play while in Survival Mode

I really do enjoy the new soundtracks...in my creative worlds that is. I never hear the new music in survival mode. It's only in creative mode that I get to listen the new songs from C418. If Mojang could fix this, it would make me a happy crafter.
