1.7.4 Twitch Broadcasting "Twitch Broadcasting Unavailable"

I opened 1.7.4 to try the Twitch broadcasting.
I went to the settings, and it said I needed to migrate my account
I already had a migrated account.
I clicked migrate, and it said you have already migrated,
So, I tried to broadcast again and it still said migrate.
I used F6 to try.
