stat.playOneMinute counts ticks, not minutes

What I expected to happen was for the scoreboard to display minutes played.

What actually happened was the scoreboard displayed ticks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type /scoreboard objective add min stat.playOneMinute
2. Type /scoreboard objective setdisplay list min
3. Press tab.
