A witch's splash potion sound is marked as friendly creature

When playing in survival a witch creeped up on me and killed me because I didn't hear her splash potion. I later did some testing in creative and found out that the potion can only be heard if the friendly creatures volume is on, which I had off because all the pigs and cows in my world are very noisy. I think that a witch's potion should be classified under hostile creatures instead of friendly creatures.
