Poppy Duplication

When you place a poppy in a flower pot on a block, and then break the block, you get back 2 poppies, instead of one.

Reproduce:
1. Place down a block (ie: wood plank)
2. Place a flower pot.
3. Put a poppy (red flower) into the flowerpot.
4. Break the block you place in step one.
5. You will notice that you receive 2 poppies instead of one.
