Other people unable to connect to server.

When starting my vanilla server on Minecraft 1.7.2, the "chat and log" box is blank. I am able to connect to the server, but to everyone else, the server appears offline. In the server log, it gives this error.

The server log, despite this error, says the server is successfully launched and has started. However, I am still the only person that can get on the server. This happens every time you run the minecraft_server.1.7.2.exe file.
