Minecraft All Sided Piston Game Crash

When you place the block
33:6 (All Sided Piston} or 29:6 (All Sided Sticky Piston)
using the setblock or summon FallingSand commands,
if you activate it with any redstone source, the game will take you back to the launcher showing you the crash tab. When you reopen your world, your piston will become a bud switch, causing it to crash again if you activate the bud.
