NO CHUNKS SERVER

So i was on the server with my freind ben. i was playing but then all my chunkes whent! im not sure what is happening. it hapeends on all my 1.7.2 servers and 1.7.3! I dont use x-ray this is all happening! No mods! i have also tryed different textures all of them, Nothing HELPPPP!
