Arrows shoot to the right of the crosshair

bows shoot to the left too far
the bow shooting where the crosshair is...
shoots low and to the left

i made this video in 1.3, but it still hapends. is quite annoying in MP, when shooting around a corner and it hits the wall when your not aiming at the wall.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. shoot a bow
2. miss
3. fix it
