I tried to play minecraft cersion 1.6.2 to play on a server, but it wont even let me onto the startup screen.

What I expected to happen was I would be able to play on the server
What actually happened was it gave me a crash report
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I select my profile and click "play"
2. I wait for the green bar to load
3. It gives me a crash report
