"Old graphics card detected" Watermark on title screen is in quotes

I recently updated to Pre-Release 1.7.3 to see what was fixed, et cetra.
The Mojang logo showed up, and I was instantly greeted with this (Including the quotes): "Old Graphics Card detected"
"This may prevent you from playing in the"
Even the next part of the Watermark didn't show up.
