Unable to play Minecraft with AMD Radeon 7400M series (Microsoft Corparation - WDDM v1.20) graphics driver

I am unable to play Minecraft due to m graphics driver. The error comes up in a separate window saying "LoadBinary failed error 126: The specified module could not be found".
I cannot update my video driver as HP have not updated it for Windows 8 and the Windows 7/Vista just gives me a distorted colour on the screen.
