My minecraft is crashing very suddenly with no reasonable cause without a crash report

I honestly have no idea why my minecraft is crashing the way it is. It seems to be fine for the first few minutes that i play then, out of nowhere it freezes the screen and doesn't respond. I then have to close out of minecraft and restart it. This happens on singleplayer and severs. The only thing that I have is this
