Mobs spawning in wrong location.

I think the mob locator is broken because iv'e seen 3 witchs outside my house and when I got back in there were six creeper even though the house was lit up
me going to safety

creeper were in my lit up house and there were witches outside

1. you just need to go far from home for a long time
