[Vannilla Server] I cannot connect to a server I am running, with my WiFi

What I expected to happen was...:
Log on to the server I am running from another computer that is using the same wifi

What actually happened was...:
It said "Can't connect to server", But then I switched to my secondary wifi network. and I could log on just fine!

Steps to Reproduce:
Have 2 computers.
Run a 1.7.2 vanilla MC server.
On the other computer, connect to thee same wifi, as the server computer,
try to get onto your server
