Flower Pot dublicates plants

When mining the block underneath a Flower Pot, it should drop the included flower only once. Instead it will drop the flower twice. This does not happen if braking the pot itself.

Reproduce:
-Place a flower pot on any suitable block or slab.
-Put a plant into the pot.
-Break the block underneath the pot.
-The pot drops together with two flower items.
