False information with broadcasting settings

when in the broadcasting settings go to the servers.
there sometimes it says that a server is currently "Down!"
but if you reset the list it seems to work again...
this changes every time and also the kb/s changes every refresh.
I live in the Netherlands and the server here gives 500kbps and Nycity gives 700kbps after refresh it is the opposite...

It would be really handy to have an average system:
EU Netherlands, Amsterdam: 400-900 kbps
EU Sweden, Stockholm: 300-800 kbps

it would be more reliable!
