"Time to Farm" achievement only received when wood is used to make hoe

This may not be a bug necessarily, but its definitely an annoyance. The achievement should be received regardless of the material of the hoe. I'm sure many people make their first hoe out of cobblestone and not wood, and then they don't get the achievement.
