Server showing up on multiple ip addresses

I have 3 servers that I log onto and that one of them is called the "Crewniverser.com" server ip and that when I put in my friends IP for his server it shows up as the "crewniverse.com" server ip which isn't correct as the ip is different to it.

Its annoying as I have removed the server.dat and just put in my friends server ip and it still shows up as the "crewnivers.com". Even when i connect to my friends server IP it still connects me to the "crewniverse.com" server. WHICH DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.......

Heres some images of this which I took them in 1.6.4 (As 1.7.2 hides the ip automatically and I don't know how to show it.) Just to show that its different. I have tried to delete the server.dat and entered the ip and it still connects me to the crewniverse server.

NOTE: The first 3 numbers of the IP are shown of my friends server so no one access it. Its private.
