Enchanted Bow Disappears for No Reason

My friend's enchanted Bow disappeared. I helped her get to Level 45 so she can repair her enchanted bow but it says it was too expensive. That was yesterday.

Her bow had the following enchantments:
Punch II
Flame I
Power IV
Infinity III
Unbreakable IV

So today we log in again and try to repair it but when she looked at her Inventory, it was gone.
