Coordinates Offset! Bug

While playing minecraft I discovered that coordinates now have and offset of -1 blocks in both the X and Z direction, However the offset does not happen when using ~. This has only started happening via the 1.7.2 Update and is a big issue for command blocks and players using command blocks and commands. Please have this fixed in the 1.7.3 Update.
