windows vista error the instruction at ox6971686c referenced memory at 0x00000014

its a launcher bug i have seen it on more than just minecraft but it just recently found its way to my minecraft launcher not sure why it does this if there is a solution then i would be so grateful to find the answer if anybody could help me
