Crash when launching snapshot 13w47e

When I try to launch the new snapshot, it fails to launch and brings me back to the launcher. Then i get a security notification listed in the screen shots. I want to know if when the final version of this Twitch integration thing will cause me to not be able to play, and how to fix this issue.
