Twitch streaming not available

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was a Twitch stream to start when I pressed F6

What actually happened was an OpenGL error saying I need version 1.5 or higher and then says that I have version 2.1

Steps to Reproduce:
Have OpenGL version 2.1 and press F6
