My twich is having issues

1.i get on minecraft
2. i set up my broadcasting according to what the youtuber said to do
3.i get on the server i play with my best friend on
4. i press F6 then after 5 seconds it says TTV_EC_FRAME_QUEUE_TOO_LONG
