portal of ender bug 1.4.5

I was on my creative world, but i change to surivival by "/gamemode 0" and i go to ender when i find portal to end i jump in and i have all grey(window) then it show me that i have bug ;/
i try to login in but its the same, please help me, it was very workfull world and i dont have copy ;/
