No Super Secret Settings

Super Secret Settings Bug

What I expected to happen was...:
When I click on super secret settings it should toggle "shaders"

What actually happened was...:
Nothing...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I'm playing on a pretty old machine and the sound is broken... When I log in I've noticed Minecraft switches to silent mode.
2. I think under the code Minecraft wants to play the sound and execute the command before it toggles.
This might not be the reason but it's the only way that it makes sense (to me )
