Java error message appears after I click play button.

I have just bought and installed Minecraft but when I am trying to play it Java exception pops up. Actually there are 2 of them.
1st - LoadLibrary failed with error 14082. It popes up when I am click Play button after starting Minecraft.exe with admin rights.
2nd - LoadLibrary failed with error 998. It popes up when I am click Play button after starting Minecraft.exe without admin rights.

I have latest JDK 7 and video drivers installed on my PC. OS: Windows 7 x64.
