Cape Physics Are Weird

Cape physics just seem weird in some situations. Like when I move backwards the cape moves to the side or when you have a chestplate on it doesn't rest on the back of the chest plate but is kind of inside of it.

It also has a spaz out when you jump on a horse (See the video)
