I can't get the mega taiga biome no matter how long I try and no matter where I search

I can't get the mega taiga biome, no matter how long I try.

I expected that if I look up a seed on forums or the wiki or in minecraft seed pro(android) I would eventually find a seed with the mega taiga biome. I also expected that if I kept randomly generating new worlds I would get the mega taiga biome

Neither method brought me any closer to getting the mega taiga seed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to create a new world in minecraft on xbox with the mega taiga biome
