Crashing upon joining multiplayer servers. Crash error = Ticking Entity.

I don't know for sure but when I join a certain server I crash becuase of ticking entity. I have never had this problem, and it's only on one account, Purex86, when I log on with VeoxxyHD there is no problem. Please help. This all happened from braking a chest full of items in a very laggy area.

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the items were to just go everywhere and I would pick them up

What actually happened was...:
They screwed the world up for me only. I can't even log on when tped to another area by staff

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a chest full of loot
2. Break it
3. Crash
