sound dublicate when exit inventory

I mined few block then I went inventory and pushed "Esc" button and i heard block destroy sound what was same as last sound.

1.Destroy block
2.Go inventory
3. push "Esc" button.
ps. You have to do this about in 5 secend. Sound have to be ended before you go to inventory. Sometimes you can hear drop pick noise.
